POST:LOGISTICS ASSISTANT/DRIVER

CARE Somalia Program seeks to recruit a highly competent and self-driven person to fill the position of Logistics Assistant/Driver to be based in Nairobi.
Purpose of position The overall purpose of this position is to manage transport, airport transfers, office errands, liaison, follow up on personnel documentation like visas, clearance of goods, fleet management including motor insurance, and driving.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Relevant Certificate or Diploma in logistics
• At least two years experience and exposure to logistics and transport environment in a similar setting.
• Technically conversant with motor vehicle mechanics and maintenance
• Clean driving record with valid driving license
• Valid certificate of good conduct
• Background in purchasing and supplies an added advantage
